Good to know
270Hz is an overclocked refresh rate: connect with the included DisplayPort cable, enable overclocking in the on-screen menu, then select 270Hz in Windows display settings. The stand tilts only; use a VESA 100 x 100 arm for height or swivel.
FAQ
Does 270Hz work straight away?
No. Enable the overclock option in the monitor menu over DisplayPort, then choose 270Hz in Windows. You also need a GPU that delivers high frame rates at Full HD.
Is it officially G-SYNC Compatible?
Yes. ASUS lists G-SYNC Compatible certification as well as AMD FreeSync Premium, so it works tear-free with NVIDIA and AMD cards.
Does it support HDR?
HDR is not listed in the official ASUS specifications for this model.
